1 Organic Banana, peeled and sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 cup hulled and quartered Busch’s Hand Packed Strawberries
2 teaspoons agave nectar
¼ cup Dannon® Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon lime zest
4 white corn tortillas
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
½ teaspoon powdered sugar
1. In medium bowl, toss banana, kiwi, strawberries and agave. Makes about 1¾ cups.
2. In small bowl, stir yogurt, sugar and lime zest.
3. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; spray with cooking spray. Add 1 tortilla; cook 1 minute. Spray tortilla with cooking spray; turn and sprinkle with ½ tablespoon chocolate chips. Cook 1 minute or until chocolate melts; transfer to plate and spread chocolate over tortilla with back of spoon. Repeat with remaining tortillas and chocolate, working quickly so chocolate doesn’t harden.
4. Fill tortillas with banana mixture; drizzle with yogurt mixture and dust with powdered sugar.
