2 cups California Prima® Fresh Peach slices
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1½ tablespoons almond flour
1½ tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon Dairy Fresh Unsalted Butter, softened
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ cup mascarpone
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Place 4 (6-ounce) ovensafe ramekins on rimmed baking pan.
2. In medium bowl, toss peaches, basil and lemon zest; divide into ramekins. In separate medium bowl, stir oats, ﬂ our, sugar, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over peach mixture.
3. Bake crisps 30 minutes or until ﬁlling bubbles and top browns. Serve crisps topped with mascarpone.
